- Babysitter's Training:
Our Babysitter's Training Course will teach you everything you need to be a great babysitter. This fun, interactive course teaches first aid and safety skills so you can prevent and respond to emergencies. And, as a Red Cross-trained babysitter, you'll gain confidence and valuable employment skills. You'll learn how to perform first aid and get profesional medical help fast, identify common safety hazards and prevent injuries, supervise children, perform basic care routines like diapering, feeding, discipline and problem solving. This Red Cross course includes a Babysitter's Handbook and First Aid & Safety Kit in a nylon bag. Add the "Don't Mess with the Babysitter" tee shirt for only $10.

Participants can meet "Ready Man" badge requirements in one, six-hour class with activities and games that make safety-learning fun. Topics include care for choking, bleeding and breathing emergencies; poisoning; burns; shock; car safety; water safety; water rescue; and avoiding drugs and other harmful substances.
